beautiful connections 18 March - 4 May 2023 Gisoo Kim arranges photographs into collages. By using a needle and coloured threads, which she uses like a sort of drawing pencil, she creates new unified pictorial worlds, that reveal their connections to each other. The exhibition beautiful connections provides an insight into the multifaceted work of the artist. Recently, the artist has incorporated her beginnings as a sculptor into her work and the symbiosis creates objects, the vessels and wall objects, which give photography a new meaning as a working material. |
